Said they were Anthem Blue Cross. & to verify my date of birth. This is a scam

Calling now saying they are Anthem Blue Cross and they give two phone numbers, neither a normal 866 or 800#, and tell you to call back and verify your name and Date of Birth. Called the number on the back of my card, this is not Blue Cross' recording, and is a scam.
