Called me the first time claiming to be from Capital Reassurance and trying to reach my mom because "two claims have been filed against her." I told them I wasn't sure why she had my number and she gave me attitude saying "well you are her daughter!" When I hung up, she called right back and left me jazz music as a voicemail -- so odd and clearly a fraud. Do not bother picking up the phone from this number.

Paul Dickenson from Capital called me today, 12-14-18, at 14154290301. Says I have a judgement against me and I'll be garnished. For what? I don't know. Didn't say why either. Total scam!!!!!

Paul Dickenson left msg stating will be filing with Solano county for a court decision but left no reference information what so ever. Called the number back 415-429-0301... person who answered advised he was in a "meeting" would I like to leave a message. I asked for his voicemail, was told does not have one. Seems skechy
