The best way to get Congress to do something about this would be to call your current member of Congress at both there their local and Washington offices. Tell them you are being harassed by phone scams and that you need their help. After they tell you that this is managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), tell them thank you and hang up. Every time you get a scam call, you again call Congress and tell them the same thing. When they tell you that they already told you that this is managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), you tell them that the call got you so upset that you forgot what they had said before. Call them every time you get one of these calls. After they get hundreds or even thousands of callers each calling them several times, maybe they will do something about it. Information for members of Congress can be found on the left hand side about halfway down the page at https://www.congress.gov//
These rascals tried to scam me and called me a liar when i said I am not their customer.i blocked their number
calls at unreasonable hours as well as being a spam call.
There's something wrong with my computer! They'll certainly help you.
Called at 7:16 AM. I Caller ID says "Quebec". Knowing it must be a scam call I picked up. In a strong East Indian accent he says he was from the "Computer Dept" and "someone tried to hack your computer". I said "what computer dept, where?" He said "New York". I asked him "what time is it? (I'm also on New York's time, I suspected he was calling from overseas) He says "7:30 PM" I gave him an ear full and he hung up. I know he was trying to scam me.
