Debt collector - They are collecting a debt from me from PG&E(pasific gas and electric co.)They have have broken FDCPA and FCRA laws. They are trying to collect on my PGE account balance that I am PAYING on and I only discontinued PGE service 3 mths ago it shouldn't even be in collections. They are in complete violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. Their company name is Diversified Adjustment.They are calling everyday and it's only a recording....research the number you will find more on them. I found their email and sent them an email as "hardcopy" proof that I had contacted them......telling them to STOP THE CALLS OR THEY WEILL BE SUED.....

I am receiving daily phones calls from your company which is only a recording and its Harassment, I will be reporting these calls to the Federal Trade Commission if they continue and if I see any negative reports on my credit record from your Company. I have researched your company and per research you claim to be collecting for PG&E and you have broken FDCPA and FCRA laws, , you can NOT collect on an account I am paying on and I have already been in communication with PG&E! I have also communicated with PGE regarding your phone calls as well. I have NO OTHER DEBTS out there! You are in complete violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and this better not be place on my credit report as a negative or you will be SUED without hesitation. I will NOT give you any of my personal details other then my area code is XXX-XXX (1ST 3 DIGITS). I know why you are calling and it is in violation! This email will used as proof that I have contacted you if needed via email as a hard copy proof.

Keeps calling everyday

Well, My story is the same as the next. I was surprised at how up set the man sounding lady got with me because she asked for my dads mailing address. First I got a call from a nice sounding lady that My dad? needed to call by today.. So I called back from my cell .. recording said no one is available so I finally after 4x of calling called from the land line they called originally and they picked right up. The mean lady threw out some info and said We need to mail you info and said an incorrect address.. I told her no and If she didn't know it then you don't need it that bad. This phone number has called my consistently for the past several days. It is always a pre-recorded lady.

This is a phishing scam. Anyone can buy a 800 number for $9.95 a month so don't be intimidated. Their system is to break you down with their intense calling so that if you are screening calls you finally give in, answer and correct them. They always call asking for someone who clearly does not live there. From other blogs about this particular number there is a method with first and last names beginning with the same letter. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CORRECT INFORMATION AT ANY EXPENSE! I suspect they actually know who they are calling and have some scattered info about you already, they just need you to get frustrated and accidentally fill in the pieces. Be wiser than your enemy.

Screening your calls may be an inconvenience now but such a small price for proctecting your identity.

This number has been calling everyday more than once a day calling for some spencer and I don't know a spencer. I have tried calling them back and I just get a voice recording saying listen to your message. I am going to listen to someone elses message. What is wrong with these people. Leave me alone.

I have no idea who this people are but when I tryed to call them back they where total jerks. I am going to pay just to have them blocked
