got a call form (800) 655-4555 Spanish speaking woman. telling me they were going to disconnect my electricity due to my payments not being registered in their system. She asked me when did I last make a payment and how much? I asked her to look in her system for those records. She said someone will be there in 20 minutes to disconnect your service and hung up.
A tech said his name was Jonathan Vargas calling from SCE that our power was to be turned off to day. Wouldn't say why. I said we're not serviced by SCE. He said I should call LA DWP and gave me a different number (877-475-4601) for more details. I called that number and Alexandra answered. She said she would look up my account. Took a couple of minutes, and then she verified our address from our phone number. She said since my name was not on the account, she couldn't discuss the details with me, that I should have the account holder give them a call, but we're flagged for power shut off today. I said I looked up her number and it doesn't belong to LA DWP, but instead, America Safety Tubs. Then she hung up on me immediately.

Got a call from this number 10 minutes ago. when I asked what they wanted he said "to tell you you re a whore." WOW! Can't someone do something about this?????????????????????
This number called my elderly client (Chino Hills CIt) in caller ID. Said he was her grandson and needed $1000 to get him out of jail! He used the right name for grandson!!
