collection agency calling for someone who does not live at my house. I've informed them that there is no one here by that name and to take me off their list on two occasions. They persist on calling multiple times a week.

Calls at least twice daily. Some days more. I pay my bills and check my credit report. I have nothing that isn't in good standing.

This number keeps calling for a person I do not know. I have advised them to stop calling, but to no avail. I have advised them I will take legal action, but it doesn't stop them. I am reporting them to FCC and others.
