I am so incredibly SICK OF and FED UP with this company contacting me! It had been awhile since we've heard from "Rachel", but now it's been consistent - on both of our home lines! I consider this harassment and want it stopped! I have NEVER done business with them, nor will I ever! I'm on the DO NOT CALL list. What does it take to stop the calls???

Have received many of these calls and used the opt out at the end...does not do any good. They keep calling, The last call I connected to the operator and told them to remove my name, He said 'We will not take your name off our call list, have a great day" and hung up. The opening message say's "This is rachael" and even though there are no problems with my credit card accounts I need to speak to them now for protection.

7:18 p.m. Thursday March 4, 2011

"There is no problem with your credit cards but we need you to contact us immediately so that we can lower your interest rate as low as 6.9%. Press 1 to speak with operator and 3 to put this number on do not call list." Pressed 3, still got operator. When I said that I pressed to put on do not call she said "you have an account with us so Do Not Call does not cover. I said that I don 't have accounts . She said "Our computer records show you do." !!!!!! Receiving calls every 2 or 3 days yet. Same as others when I try to call this number back immediately it says it has been disconnected or no longer in service.
