800-278-2420 calls my work phone several times a month so far in June they have called these days: 2, 3, 8, 9, 16, 17, 1, 23, 24, 28.

I was supposed to be taken off list since JULY! Tried No Call Registry, you, etc. I got the "new" phone # of some deadbeat who had it before me. HELP PLEASE

looking for 1 debbie martinez. I have told them at least twice before that she hasn't had this number for at east 5 years because that's how long I've had it. I've probably received ten to maybe 15 phone calls from them about her and it's getting a little old.

It's a scam to get you to give them a credit card number, bank account number, etc. Then they will use this information to launder money from your account. I researched this company and found that several of their employees used the "clients" credit cards, banking accounts and/or financial information to pay their own personal bills. Also AT&T works in conjunction with this company in attempt to strong arm money out of customers who have for whatever reason dropped AT&T as their phone service provider. They began calling my son's phone claiming he owed an outstanding phone bill shortly after we switched from an AT&T PRE-PAID Go phone and transferred the number to the new phone carrier. There is no outstanding phone bill since the phone service was paid in advance each month, no contract, no overage,data, messaging, web, etc charges. One flat PREPAID amount. Like I said its a scam

ERC collections called, leaves you with music holding, music stops and when you answer they hang up. No message, no answer and worst, if you want to change your phone number you have to pay and if you are looking for a job and you have your number in your resume, arghhhhhhh!

ERC looking for wrong person.... recorded message... tells you to hang up if you're not named person.... calls 3-4 times a day and leaves long message. Finally listened to whole message and wrote down c/b number and to get name removed. Sat on phone/spkr for 48 min waiting to be connected to "next available operator" holding w/ clasical piano music.... no person - no help- have already asked months ago to be removed to no avail.... am sure I've already reported them to Do Not Call... did it again. took up last two hours... but drives me crazy... to be in my own house listening to simi-threatening messagess addressed to my first name someone elses last name... guests/family in house...not cool... won't stop calling... any suggestions? ERC... only robots and recordings stating it is an attempt at collecting a debt.(from the wrong person) w/ no way to let "them" know
