They called saying my Chase account ending in XXXX had suspicious activity and to call # at extension #. They sounded very convincing, but I look up every number I don't recognize and found this number has a history of abuse. Added it to my block list - the rest is history. What I didn't like is they had my phone, my wife's phone, the fact we do have chase accounts and they also had our first and last name and accurate account ending numbers.

I refuse to answer these third party or even first party collection calls. When arrangements are made, there isn't any need for continuous harassment, especially from 3rd world countries. The FDCPA needs to crack down

1-800-555-0433 calls me multiple times a day on my cell and leaves no voicemail. I refuse to answer.

They are from chase. They are telling you about an overdraft on your account, as a courtesy to you for being a customer.
