Officer Weissman Just called me and used the same recording with case number on me CF 93271. Smells like a scam from a mile away he is using phone number 412-545-1051, he gets your number from dating sites or website promotions you participate in. So dont use your real name for any of this. Stay safe!!

He said i was having a criminal lawsuit filed against me. He was an officer from the IRS(Internal revenue service ). Daniel Wiseman said he would call my attorney. I believe I am being scammed or it was a prank call. I would like to press charges if this is a scam or prank call against officer Daniel Wiseman.

This man said he's from IRS. Told me I was going to get arrested. When I wouldn't play along he asked me if I want to F..k. Disgusting!!!!!!!!

He says he is a policeman and they are filing charges against me for what I don't know. He called twice. Both are on my answering machine.

I recieved call on this number today from supposedly IRS and his name was Mach Anderson so he said foreign accent unsure of origin. But said I owed from 2009-2014 and they were filing criminal case against me for defrauding them intentionally. I stated I have an accountant and attorney who file my taxes so I would have them reply. Asked for case #CF 93271 same as previously mentioned case numbers.. He gave me bag ID IR9052
Said they sent certified mail to me on two specific dates. I said No I have not recieved certified mail .. Resend it! He also claimed to be the Head of Office of crime Investigation Division. Which was very difficult to understand but made him repeat it atleast 5 times.. And spell it.. I am glad this was a scam as I was pretty upset that I was going to have to pull all the paperwork back up from 2009-2014.. Moving on with my day hope I helped someone else from panic mode!! Oh also thought odd to be calling on a Saturday !!

I just want to know how he got my cell phone number and name. While there are a lot of stupid people in this country (as evidenced by the election), I am not one of them. Told him there is nothing wrong with my taxes and that I should sue him for how much I do pay! He hung up.

I'm glad to see I was not the only person getting this call. My only wish is that I could meet them in person, then I could wish them the best of luck as that situation unfolds!!!

Yes, I just got this call to my google voicemail
"This is officer Daniel Wiseman calling you from the legal department of internal revenue services. This is in reference to a criminal law suit filed against you your case number is c F 93271 the moment you receive this message. I need you to return the call the issue at hand is extremely time sensitive the hotline to my desk is 2000 - 871007. I repeat. It's 2000 to 871007 don't disregard this message do return the call now if you don't return the call, and I don't hear from your attorney either then the only thing I can do is wish you a good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye:"
Geez - do these people Not have ANYTHING else to do but waste people's time! I will report to IRS.

Just got a voicemail from Daniel Wiseman. The automated message said it was in reference to a criminal lawsuit filed against me, and that it was very time sensitive. Furthermore, he stated that if he didn't hear from me, or my attorney as soon as I heard the message, the only thing he could do was wish me good luck in dealing with the catastrophic consequences I was about to face.

I called the number, and left him a message telling him too kiss my catastrophic ass. Then, I blocked his ridiculous ass from my phone, and went about my day smiling.

The number was actually 202-807-1006. Sorry, saw the name and assumed it was the same.

Do not respond to these calls. they are scams. They are now using
automated messages instead of the hard to understand scammers.
The IRS will not contact you by phone. Just ignore/block the calls.

Called saying they were the IRS and there was a tax discrepancy and. I replied I am a stay at home mom and do not have an income in years. She hung up. #blocked

Did you ever receiv another call from him from a different number? I received two calls from him. One from this number and one from 1006
