Irs Scam Steven Smith: Similar cases were reported earlier on 202-803-9000. Search 202-803-9000 in this site to get the details. They changed their area code from 202 to 203. Rest is same. They are not afraid about merging the call with 911 or local authorities. They dropped calls while merging though.
