Called my home on 4/22/21 and the Caller ID said Cancer Recovery. I did not answer.

Me too. We let the call go to voice mail. She said" William?" I responded "Who are you?" She said again, "William?" I replied "Who are you?". She then said she was from the Cancer Recovery something, and that it was so nice to hear a friendly voice, as the previous caller was rude. Then there was a short recorded message that the call was being recorded for some reason, then I hung up. Just a note, never say yes or any word indicating affirmation to any unsolicited call that you answer!

Called my home! She said that she just got off the phone with someone who treated her 'worse that her Mom when she did something wrong".

Called my home at 8:46pm CST! She said that she just got off the phone with someone who treated her 'worse that her Mom when she did something wrong". I asked how she got my number and asked to be taken off the list. Then I hung up.

248 458 4585 Cancer Recovery called me 8/19/2020.
Woman caller Wanted to send me either a $50 or $30 donation envelop for my contribution.
I asked what % of donations went to 'fund raising?'
( I knew it was around 86% from previous similar scam calls)
She hemmed & hawed, gave me a 'so called' site to look up for the answer. I told her to look it up herself since she was the one requesting money, and call me back when she had an answer.
..........That ended the call as she hung up, not getting any comittment. Typical phone SCAM.
