They use a robo dialer and do not answer their calls when they call you

I received a call from this number. Stated that I have an unpaid bill at direct tv for 151.00. Inquired as to my current address to mail original documents associated with alleged debt. Am I dealing with a legitimate claim or some clowns attempting to scam me??? Any information would be appreciated. Thank U.
