I received a call about the same thing. Scary part was they had my address and phone #. The caller "Kelly Johnson" was Asian and could barely speak English. She gave me her ID as 855863. Told me they had sent me 3 notifications by mail. I told them I work from home and have never received anything from the IRS. I continued questioning until she final said "you don't listen to me" and hung up. How can I report this to the authorities (which she also so were recording this call)?

346 971 6246 Left voice mail saying IRS is going to file a lawsuit against me. I called back, someone said it is for 2009-2014 tax, i owe $2,559. When I tried to ask more question, she hang up.
