Robo call stating they had been trying to contact me and this was the final notice the IRS was filing a law suit against me.

Claim they're with the IRS and are sending Federal Agents to come arrest you unless you call them back.... The IRS will never contact you with a lame robot recording and threats. They will send you mail correspondence.
