recording says they are calling in reference to my credit card account, that nothing is wrong with my account, but that I need to take advantage of a lower interest rate on my credit card before this offer expires. It then says that this is my final warning.

They called offering to lower my interest rate on my credit card. They said they just need basic information, card number, last 4 digits of SSN, zip code. I said "I'm not giving this information, can you tell me the card issuing bank" and she said "you know what, I don't have to deal with this" and hung up on me. Scam.

Say they can reduced credit card interest rates but on call back it goes to a guys mailbox that is "full" OR the person you speak to refuses to tell you which card he/she is calling about!
