Received a call from "Rachel" twice today (so far!) and only once yesterday. I hit "1" when
prompted on each call to speak to a representative at which time I told them to cease and desist calling me. They hung up on me in mid-rant. I have tried calling them back at this number and get the recorded message that "the voice mailbox is full. Please try later".

From a previous situation similar to this one I was told that every time I dial *69 to track the call, that sets MY number up to be called again by these pests. So if one tries to track the call to put a stop to them one is simply requesting more calls from them. REALLY ANNOYING!!

I wonder how a person with a working brain can work at these places and at this job.
You couldn't pay me enough to do this "work".
