This was a legal solicitation from a company who identified themselves as "Legal Resources", with caller being "Stephanie". This illegal call was initiated by a prerecorded message, asking "Have either you or a loved one ever taken Yaz or Yasmine and had a complication, side effect, or injury from taking it?" I told the girl I was on the Do Not Call List, and there was an $11,000 fine per call....she said she didn't care, and no they never check before calling, then said because "NO ONE EVER CHECKS US!!" I told her her company's fine would be a great start at reducing the National Debt. My legal rights have absolutely been violated as a consumer. I am also forwarding a formal letter to my Senator and House of Representatives congressional member to follow up on this violation. THIS HAS TO STOP!!!!

The call was from "R2J2 Company" and was a prerecorded message telemarketing for lawsuits over Yaz, Yazmin or Ocella Birth Control damages.
