Called on cell phone which is on Do Not Call Registry. "Congratulations you have won" is all I heard before I hung up. 617-829-4511 shows up as a call from Quincy, MA. Tagged this complaint as Caller Company of "Did not wait to hear who it was" and Call Type of Telemarketer.
