This number calls me EVERY DAY and I don't know what to do anymore. I have an iPhone and am unable to block the number. When I pick up, no one answers and the call eventually disconnects.

Wanted to add Comcast services - BUT...Obtained new service (internet and TV) from Comcast on the 15th of Feb. Right after - received numerous unwanted phone calls from "Comcast" (so the caller stated) about a recent change made to our services - calls originated from 703-330-0318 which does not seem to be a valid Comcast #... we refused to verify or provide any of our personal info the caller requested; and then called Comcast directly at their customer service #, the Customer service rep had no idea about any issues or programs why they would call.
I asked about Comcast privacy policy - they have one - however, given this is the only calls in the last 3 days to my phone and related to Comcast services - Comcast has a "leak" of customer info to another group or company in violation of their privacy policy and thus compromising their customers personal data for the purpose of upgradeing or adding services to their Comcast account.

calls, but never there when anyone picks up. several calls a day despite the fact i am on the national DoNotCall List ____ this looks to be their website.... call-pro.com ___ they appear to be a tele-marketer for cable television specializing in recruiting new clients, which is ironic because i already have cable tv & internet. THESE idiots are about to COST their client (presumably Comcast and/or Cox) several customers because i am not the only one I know pisssed about the calls!!!

Caller wanted to offer a new package service for comcast. She kept talking and was very pushy as to what time to send the rep for installation even after I said that I was happy with the service I had now.

Just got email notified of a call from this number on my magicJack. 3 second blank message.
I found this on another website: "the number 703-330-0318 is for a telemarketing company doing marketing for your local cable provider (in my case, Comcast). Call Pro, which is now Talk Group is a telemarketing firm mainly for comcast but also calls for other companies like Mediacom and Time Warner."
I just recently discontinued our Mediacom service, so this makes sense that they'd start harassing me.

I received a call also and it is very frustrating. The call I received was just dead air.

Contact them with your concerns. I called and they didn't even answer like a legitimate business. A woman answered and just said "Hello". I asked if it was the TLK Group and she said "yes"..

Calls frequently during the week in the evening. Tried to call it back, got a busy signal. Doing research I've learned this is a telemarketer for Comcast Cable. Annoying!

They called my cell phone. On a Pay-As-You-Go program, you pay for phone spam. THE COMPANY NAME WAS UNINTELLIGIABLE; But the call log showed this phone number. I have signed up for the DO-NOT-CALL list more than once --shouldn't this have blocked them? My phone software has no button to block their calls. I am concerned with how they got my phone #, since I do not have an Account with them; & 2 months ago received improper charges to my Credit Card [which I was forced to cancel] from 2 other online phone service companies.: car cellphone dot com in the UK & Orange in Darlington, GB. I do not have accounts with either company & have ordered no goods or services from them. Has someone sold my Identity?

My understanding is that it's illegal to telemarket to spam cell phones. My company's call center loads a big list of cell phone numbers each night to ensure they comply with this mandate. Otherwise, they get a big fine per incident. Don't know that this officially counts as spam but judging from the nature of the business and the fact that they're autodialing a lot of numbers, I think we can surmise that they're trying to sell something. I've had 10 calls in the last four weeks. I'd like to see them get fined for their activities.
