This is the 2nd number that I have gotten a message about being arrested from the IRS. This call used a male pre-recorded "American" accent, voice. Last week the number was 716 507 4025.This call was a "live" woman with a latino/central American accent. It would seem that these evil creatures use burner cells to scare the unsuspecting and elderly. How sad they try deceptive methods rather than honestly earning wages from a legitimate source.

it was really scary, a call from IRS to take legal action against me. These people need to be in jail.

They call and leave a robocall message that they're the IRS and they're going to sue you. Call back #208 843-8063. Scammers

I called the number they left 208-843-8063 just for fun and the "officers" name is John Smith. Sure it is.

3/17/2016 - Dallas Texas. Received the automated call this morning notifying me that I a law suite has been filed. Call back was 509-537-0591. I noticed all the other messages and wonder why a) the 800 number cannot be disabled so they can't call out on it and also why the call back can't be disabled to prevent its use. I do see they have several numbers - another reported showed ......0491 where it was ....0591 on my call. I realize they would probably just get another but it would at least cause them some difficulty for a short while! Mine also was electronic voice US Male accent.

I think this is just terrible-although an obvious scam, I am afraid some less savvy person will believe they are being sued by the IRS. Why aren't law enforcement personnel doing something about this stuff? It is particularly sinister since it obviously targets the elderly and ill-informed.

Another fake IRS call saying final notice of lawsuit against us. IRS does not work this way. This is a scam & I hope no one falls for this.

Final call from "Internal Revenue Services." They have filed a lawsuit against me. I should immediately call (509) 537-0491. I'm tempted to call back but won't. At least this message was read by an American-sounding man and not someone with a thick foreign accent.
