Knew it was a scam so I played along. Told them I was an illegal alien and asked if I should still be worried. Was told to apply for SS# or a "Federal Marshal will kill you. Havent you seen the movie Independance day?"
Caller: Social Security scam
Automated Message begins when you answer: "Due to suspicious activities surrounding your social security number, your social security number has been suspended. Your public benefits will be suspended.." Or something like that. I pressed 1 to speak to a representative and a man with a heavy Indian-like accent answered the phone. I immediately told him that I was reporting the number to the police and asked him to take my number off their list. I filled out a government complaint form informing the Social Security Administration of this number.
TOTALLY A SCAM do not provide any info to any number that starts with 800 747 they just tryna steal your info for god know what
