I have been fighting with Matrigistic since May 2013. I received the charges from $9.99 and $9.99 from Mobil Plus. I called T-mobil who told me that I had to contac each company. Matrigistic owes me $120.00 dollars but the are only refending me $97.40. They told me it takes 3-4 weeks to send a refund check, Each rep I speak to tells me something different. And when I get a supervisor who told me he was going to hang up on me because I was being unprofessional. And he told me the refund check was sent and cashed in 3 days. He couldn't explain how their records state the date this refund check was mailed and within 3 days they show it cashed by thier bank.
You just ALWAYS have to check your account with a fine tooth comb. And don't give up!
This is not OK for outstand companies to began to ease in charges hopeing we will not pay attention and cheap us out of Millions of dollars.

I'm a T-Mobile user and I also received a $9.99 charge on my bill. The charge was on Oct 15th, the same day I got a text from T-Mobile saying my bill was available online. Except my billing period is not the 15th of the month. That is the only text I received on the 15th so it seems that the two are tied together. I called T-Mobile twice. They are blocking the number and have put in a request for refund. If the text looks like it is coming from T-Mobile what do you do? Anyone else have this issue?

I was charged for a $9.99 Premium Service by Matrigistics on my phone bill this month on October 4, 2012. I have TMobile and they refused to take the charge off my bill because they said that I must have dowloaded something onto my phone. So I called the 800-416-6129 told them to cancel whatever it was they had signed me up for because I never signed up for anything in the first place, which they did unsubsribe me. Then I asked them if they could contact TMobile to let them know that it was a mistake and I never signed up for it, which of course they said that they could not contact TMobile because they are not affiliated with them. And the customer representative asked me what I wanted them to do. Then I told them that I wanted to know why I was being charged for something I never ordered and I wanted to know how they even got my phone number in the first place, I told them they needed to do whatever it is they have to do to get rid of the $9.99 charge because I am not gonna pay for something that I never subscribed for in the first place! They agreed to issue me a full refund in the form of a check which they would mail to my address. Once I get the check and see that they kept to their word, I'll let everyone know. My point is don't just pay it and let it go hoping that it doesn't happen the next phone bill. Call those Matrigistic B***ards up and make them issue a refund. I didn't have to curse at them, I just told them in a stern, irritated tone of voice that they needed to fix what they messed up!

i responded to an ad that said get free In N Out coupons ...all you had to do was take a short 4 question survey. I took the survey, at the end it asked me for my cell phone number. I typed it in and it stated it was the wrong number and asked for it again. I typed it in again and then it read, in order to receive my free coupons, I had so many minutes to respond with a 4 digit number that was texted to me on my cell phone ! When I typed the 4 digit number that was sent to me, my text msg. then read...." Enter PIN 4401 on web to get the latest coupon text alerts! Save on groceries , clothing more! ( 9.99 /month Msg& data rates may apply Unlimited coupons 9.99 a month ! PLEASE STOP THIS IMMEDIATLY !!!
Reply stop to cancel Pwd:4401 and nothing is happening! I only get a answer machine at 1-800-235-7105. I CANNOT PAY ...PLEASE STOP THIS. PLEASE CANCEL. I will report this to my cell phone carrier on Monday. I appreciate your immediate help. Thank you.

I saw an unauthorized download on my billing statement for $9.99. I never download anything so I contacted T-Mobile. I gave them this bill id: 8004166129BidWin and here is what they told me: You received a type of text message where if you ignore or delete it, it automatically subscribes your account and charges you a fee.

BTW: THIS IS ILLEGAL

I received a text from ClickGen on 04/10/2012. Later, I was charged for $9.99 on my T-Mobile phone bill. I called T-Mobile and they credit me for that amount. I asked them to
block that phone # on one of my line. I went ahead and called 800-416-6129 and it is
Mobile Messenger. They put me on hold for less than 5 minutes. After I spoke to the
representative, she was able to cancel the $9.99 and unsubscribed for me.

It appears that this text message was advertising text messaging services. It indicated "...$9.99/mo msg and data rates may apply."

I got a text from MobileBallot.com and did not ask for the text and they say they will charge me for the services. I would like to have the money removed from my phone account and also not suppose to get text from my phone.
