This is a call from someone in A correctional facility -not necessarily Pennsylvania, as I am in FL. If someone you know has been arrested, this could be them trying to contact u if the collect call from jail does not work

Recorded message states "an inmate from a correctional institution is attempting to call." It goes on to say I don't have an account set up and have to register with a credit card to be able to receive these calls. What a freakin' SCAM. No way, no how. SCAM!!! Hang up and block the number.
