They have called use about 7 times in the last 2 weeks. My husband and I DO have credit cards with Capital One, but this number is not one that we recognize. They are a collection agency? Both my husband and I have NO cards in collections and should have NO calls from them. They continue to call us!

Meredith from Capital One calls my house phone & my cell phone 2 times a day from this number. When she gets the answering machine on the house phone she immediately calls my cell. When told she has the wrong number she responded "This number was pulled from caller id when (so n so) called us" and she attemtped to gain further information on the person she was looking for. Not only does Capital One call from this number and ignores request to stop calling wrong numbers, but they call from atleast 3 other numbers. Each day I have up to 5 missed calls from them on just my home phone alone and generally 2 on my cell phone!
