Someone claiming to be Jennifer Brooks keeps calling and leaving messages about papers that need to be delivered. Originally she called my dad so I called back unaware it was a scam. She claimed I owed money for a payday loan for over $2000 and said the money was deposited into a checking account that was closed a month before the money was supposidly deposited. When I told her this she became very rude and aggressive. She said I was lying and that I was fraud. When I asked her for more info she hung up. A man from this place called my mother in law next and minutes later I received a call from a man with a very strong southern accent asking if I was home because he was dispatched to serve papers. I said no and instantly he became irate and told me that he knew I was a stay at home mom (my wonder MIL told him) he knew where I lived and he'd find me to serve papers.He also said I couldn't hide from him. Before I could respond I hung up. I immediately contacted local PD and Oregon Attorney General. They have been calling every couple days. Very annoying!

Called my daughter first and told her they were with the US Marshall's office and a company I had worked for had filed a complaint against me in regards to Cadence Bank and I needed to call back and speak to Cynthia White. The Jennifer Brooks called me the next day. I did return call and was Ms. White was unavailable. I asked where I had called (UVS Recovery) was told I would be "picked up" and I owed over 7K in fees from an online payday loan but I could save $$ if I went ahead and paid a settlement amount. He wanted to verify my SS#, address, etc and I told him he already had all the information he needed and wouldn't get anymore. When I had questions and asked them how a employer was involved, told him I had never had internet payday loan the gentlemen became a little rude and told me I shouldn't have anything to worry about in front of a judge then and that my name would be blasted all over internet. It's a shame these people probably take advantage of others and collect funds illegally.

this company has been calling my fiancee about a package they have for him. total spam!

I received a call from this number today, and they left a voicemail. They said they had a document they needed to be delivered. Funny, the name they said wasn't me. Get lost who ever you are.
