Receive recorded calls on a daily basis. Never says who they are but that they have file on me. I now blocked. Calls house on daily basis as well.

Caller stated that they have a legal case pending against me, and that they are giving me the opportunity to settle out of court now! If I don't respond I was threatened to be served with legal papers at work or residents!

i just received a call from this number saying that this company bought another company and that I owed them $400 from 2010. They wanted me to verify some information. I asked to clafify what the debt was and she couldn't.

The past wk I have been rec. calls from this so called Co., they are claiming I owe $450 for a pay day loan prior to 1/2013, they cannot give an original date. They claim to be handling this for a Co. named Lender Highlands Holdings. They also called my son's phone and a friend that lives an hour away from me, when I asked how they get those 2 other phone numbers they claim that it was from their Investigation Dept Team. When I first spoke with someone she said her name was Lacy, she had the last 4 digits of my SS#. she proceeded to tell me that I needed to obtain a lawyer and that paperwork was sent out in 2014, and said the address, which was my previous address. I told her I wanted this in writing and they could email me, she said that was not allowed. I called back 20 min. later to ask who they represented and spoke with a Samantha who became irate and rude and began yelling at me, she then said they were a Arbitration Firm, when I said I just contacted the local PD, she hung up.

They keep calling asking for or leaving messges for someone that no longer even has this number. Told these scum REPEATEDLY to remove my number from their list but they continue to call daily. If I knew where they were I'd shut them down personally and permanently.
