Left message - allegations -- fake call -- scammer. Legal action on a case. no mention of IRS on this call. They called twice like that is going to do anything in making me answer.

When I called he said IRS Department then I asked him what is his name and he hung up,

I just received a call from this scammer who left an automated message stating that I had 5 charges filed against me and I needed to contact them immediately to resolve the issue. Please don't give them your information. The IRS would not contact anyone this way so don't fall for it.

I got him back... Flooded him back with calls that will continue at all hours Hes sorry he ever tried calling my number.

Message was cut off. I only received the call back number which was the same. I researched the number and many people have been receiving calls from this number saying they were being sued by the IRS and to call this number back. Return calls are answered by a man with an Indian accent.
