Do not give away your info. I've been getting these calls for 3 weeks now. I just made my way to a near by Chase location. The manager looked up the number and told me that this is a fraud. He called a few internal departments and they started an investigation. I hope this will put an end to it.

A few interesting facts:
If you call back, you will be prompted with a professionally sounding message asking to enter your card number (DON'T). If you keep banging on 0's and #'s you will get to a live person speaking with an accent. They don't state who they are, the first thing they ask is your card number. Try talking to them, but they don't say anything else, just keep stupidly asking for the card number saying they can't help you unless you give it to them.

If you call this number with + (plus) prefix, once in a while you'll be prompted with a message in an Asian language.

Shows up as +84 74 883313. Called at 8:05 and 9:04 so far with no one there

This # calls my phone at least 5 times a day for NO reason it's extremely annoying!!!!!

I actually picked up the phone for the call on 9/9. They asked for a Daniel Mitchell. I told the caller (foreign) that there was no one here by that name. He apologized and said he would remove me from their list. I thanked him and hung up. Now, I understand that it might take 7-10 days to be removed from a list, however after 7 calls the following day, I called them back at 10:42pm. I gave the rep my Chase account numbers (I have 3, all of which have $0 balances), verified my identity, and again explained that there is really no Daniel Mitchell associated with my accounts. I then gave her my home # which they had been calling me on, and she apologized, they had that number associated with this Mr. Mitchell person. She again assured me that my number would be taken off the list. I reiterated the importance of this to the rep - I have an 11 month-old baby who doesn't like to have her morning and afternoon naps interrupted by Chase's 7 daily phone calls. I will give them through the weekend, and then any calls from Monday on will be reported to the A.G. office. Ridiculous.

They've been calling 4-5 times a day for a couple of weeks. Also, this may be of note, I have been harassed for years. Recently I discovered the term 'gang stalking', now I realize that's what's happening to me. Be sure to google the term 'gang stalking'.

calls 10 to 20 times a day leave no messages, just constant calls.

They call over 10 times a day. I have repoted them to FTC they were calling my job after I told they not to call there.

Constant calling. We do NOT have Chase accounts. No one ever on line and they never leave any messages.

Just a little information to pass on to all who are receiving these unwanted calls. First of all, your phone is your private property and you have the right to ask any question that you want to, i.e., who is calling, what is the nature of the call, have your name removed from the calling list, and if it is for collection, then all correspondance will need to be done via mail (registered mail). This may cut down on the calls but may take up to 7 days for your name to be removed. If they continue to call remind them that it is unlawful to solicit calls as underlined in FCC and if you have ask for your name and number to be removed they lawfully have to do it whether the company is outside of the US or not. Do not confirm your name, address, SSN or credit card number. If the call is ligitimate, they should already have all of this info. Last, report this to the Attorney General's Office in the state you live and they will take the issue in hand and let the caller know that it has been reported. 75% of the time this will work if you let the caller know that you are aware of the laws. i get these calls 9-15 times a day. I dont have my cell fone on the floor at my job so I check my calls at the end of the day. It is Chase Bank. Never leaving a message and the one time I did answer, I could hear the representative carrying on a personal conversation with other representatives. I have called Chase and my 2 cards are current and in good standing and no one can tell me why I am getting the calls.
