They are calling from a prison and want you to put money on their account to talk to them

Called me 9 times just today and it's only 1230pm. I won't answer and have blocked it but a recording keeps leaving messages. Why has this been going on for years and no one has stopped it?

If you don't answer it leaves a voicemail that goes through their options menu in Spanish. It calls 3-8 times a day and it's wicked annoying.

I do not know anybody in this jail or prison so stop calling my phone.

Collect call from a local jail.

Left a voicemail saying a prison inmate had tried to call. My phone is set to automatically refuse collect calls. No idea who it could be, I don't know any inmates. The beginning of the message was cut off, so I didn't hear what county the call supposedly came from. Called it back and a person answered "county jail". I hung up.
