The caller won't give a name or state their business. Won't talk to anyone except my husband. If this company is for aiding students delinquent on a loan they are calling the wrong people. We paid cash for our childrens college and they are in their 40's and been out of college for 15 to 20 years!

Calls my work all day long. I am the one who answers the phone and every time they hang up as soon as I pickup. So I decided to just call them about 5 times and when they answered I hung up too. They probably don't appreciate that, just as much as I don't appreciate them calling all day every day

Toll Free call should be illegall ! Every call should be printed on the caller i d that is why we have it. Then they should leave a message if they are really trying to get ahold of someone not some computer voice - it gets really old really fast !

This number has been calling my home 4 to 5 times a day everyday...I do not have a student loan and never have and have had the same phone # for 7 years now. My daughter is in High School and doesn't have a student loan yet. My husband answers the phone and there is noone there or he hears a message...sorry we missed you? huh? he is talking to the stupid phone by saying hello. Getting really tired of them calling and they won't stop. Just today they called 8:08am..2:13pm...5:11pm...8:05pm. I suppose they will call again before 9pm seems to be the daily trend.

I did not answer the phone the last few times; I don't have a student loan and have never had a student loan but they are too dense to understand that.

"We're sorry that we missed you. We are calling you about your student loan. ...."
Sometimes they are "unknown caller".
