Called me to lower my interest rate asked about my card number called card issuer and was told that this is a total scam had my card number replaced

They stated they would lower my interest rates on my credit card because I was a loyal customer that paid on time. But the they wanted my expiration date. They didn't state which credit card company they were from and when I asked they stated visa and MasterCard. They could lower all my cads interest rates. SCAM!!!!! SCAM!!! They can't do that. The individual companies will do that. When I called the number back it just goes to a cording that states if I wanted to be put on the do not call list.

Don't call them back. That just confirms your phone number is a valid phone and they will keep calling you. Just delete 'em.

14:10 PDT Oregon, received call while at work, I always check online when an unfamiliar number calls and found the number here. Immediately blocked from my phone.

Called 2x at 3:52pm, about 30 seconds apart. Didn't answer either call. Left no voicemail. Called back and it asked if I wanted to be put on a do not call list. I hung up and told my phone to 'reject call' so they cannot call me back!

Called and left no voicemail. I called them back and there was no ringing- it just connected to an automatic message that just kept repeating "If you'd like to be placed on a 'Do Not Call' list, please press 1 now." I did NOT press anything and just hung up. They also called me around 2:30pm Oct. 19th 2015
