It seems to be some glitch with Expedia. I called and they offered a callback rather than having me wait on hold. As soon as I entered my call back number I got an auto call back from the PHX number, which then put me back on hold.

Received a call from this number at 3:40 am. Yup thats right...in the AM when I was asleep. I ignored it at first because who whould be calling me to late/early. Then a voicemail was left, talking about a call back that I requested. I did request a callback from Expedia early the prior evening. Then the number called me back again a few monites later. I answered, and the same message played. I pressed 1 to be connected to an agent, and while the message said it was transferring me, the line disconnected.
