Miss Ashley from American Legal threatened legal action on a creditor that was listed on my BK almost 6 yrs ago. She said something about my lawyer filed the wrong kind of bankruptcy and this debt was not covered. I laughed in her face and hung up. Obviously, these people at American Legal are a bunch of MONKEYS! LMAO.
This is a bill collection, i.e. law firm stating that their client is willing to settle their claim. It is for the previous user of my current phone number. I called them, explained this to them and that I didn't want these calls but they still call.
This is a collection settlement for the person who had my cell phone number before me. I called them and ask them to stop, they have to wrong number but they continue the robo calls asking me to press "1" to speak to a consultant. I am not that person and I will not press 1.
It's a robot call stating they are calling me about a past due account they want to settle and if I don't they will file a lawsuit. Funny thing is, I do not have any past due accounts. Wonder how they got my number.
Talks about a file with a social security number. Hung up after 2 seconds.
