AMERISAVE MORTGAGE

Mortgage lending - ignores the fact that I'm on the do not call list, they just hang up.

IT would be nice if when the phone was answered they did not hang up without saying a word. That is a sure way to get blocked.

This is not a spam caller. It is AmeriSave Mortgage and they would be calling you because you put out there that you were interested in refinancing, purchasing or wanting to apply for a 2nd mortgage. They have a pretty high rating according to Google and a couple other places, but know nothing about them.

Amerisave Mortgage is using Sales Aggregators to generate leads. The SAs that they use are violating the TCPA (FTC.GOV) by calling at random without regard to the National DoNotCall Registry. When Amerisave called, I had them on the line for 20 minutes, and ultimately explained that the illegally-operating SAs they use reflect poorly on and degrade the name of Amerisave. IF I needed mortgage services (I don't...), I wouldn't go anywhere near Amerisave.
