I didn't answer it, but called back on a diff #. Its a debt collection agency called Alliance One- highway tolls maybe? I didn't stick around on the line to find out.

Call and left a message saying we were to call them back, but I've never heard of them. They didn't know (or mention at least) my name. I don't have any debt to be collected, so they can take a flying leap. I am going to block their number. I only allow personal calls to my cell, anyway.
