I have good credit and owe no money! Yet I keep getting calls of harassment from these people.

Robotic call claiming to be a collection agency. It left a message claiming I have a debt but did not provide any information. I do not owe any outstanding debts, so this caller should be considered fraudulent.

Third morning in a row, calls about same time between 8:10am to 8:45am no message, calls once.

An Amanda Blake called my friend, without authorization, and also called my work. I have no accepted either calls as I don't tend to speak to people I'm not expecting and/or do not know. This is illegal, and I will sue for this action if it happens again. I've already warned both my workplace and anyone I know of these people to not give out any personal information, and try to get as much of -their- information as they could. I am saving all records and phone numbers used in every event, and will use this in court as I file harassment charges against the phone numbers.
FYI - You can track phone numbers. And I already have a detective in use for other personal reasons. I have no problem paying a little extra to find these illegals.

Name of Company: Wyse Financial Services Phone number: 303-813-1601. Companies like this should NOT be allowed to exist! The people who work there are very rude and obnoxious! They have been harrassing my mom since I gave her a cell phone for a christmas present..which of coarse the cell phone company picked the number..Anyways, my mom said they call her about 4 times a day and leave messages to return their call. My Mom has no idea who these people are and she tried to talk to them but all she got was a recording. Since she's elderly and her phone is under my name I told her I'd take care of it for her. Well after calling them today and getting yelled at by some stupid and very unprofessional female I don't want my mom talking to them for sure now! I asked her to remove my mom's cell number from their list and explained she just got it end of last month..the person on the phone just kept yelling over the top of my voice and saying..over and over again..i need the reference number..I said they didn't leave one and she doesn't have one because you are calling the wrong number which is probably the person who had it before and I said she should be able to remove it by the number they are calling..she refused to listen to me or even try..just kept repeating herself..I need the ref #...blah blah...so I requested to speak with her supervisor..she refused to let me talk with anyone else..so I told her I'd be reporting them to the BBB and my attorney! There should be a law against this kind of harassment!

Wyse Financial continues to call my home phone multiple times per week and usually every Sunday morning while my family is still sleeping. We have never done business with this group and they continue to say they are calling someone named Brian Brooks, who does not, nor has ever lived here! Our phone is on the Massachusetts DoNotCall list and therefore, this is not even legal. I've called and left them messages to stop calling us, but they don't stop. This has been going on for over 6 months and I now consider this to be harrassment and against Massachusetts consumer protection laws.

Have told them I am not the person they are trying to reach but have still received calls.

We are a school newspaper. Leave us alone. Someone leaves a message every single day and we want it stopped. Being journalists, we will take action.
