*** This phone number is absolutely - NOT a fraud. * The company calling is Omni Financial based out of Colorado. They assist with personal and business related tax issues. They helped me with an ongoing tax liability I had with the IRS. If everyone else on this site does not believe me? Why don't you just call the number back, and ask for a supervisor? No one at that company is using anyone's information for a scam. 99% of these blogs are ridiculous and 100% NOT accurate. I can only say from my personal experience about them, and they helped me.

A Man Calling himself "Ed Jackson" claimed that OMNI Financial was working in coordination with our county clerk and were notified of a filing against us. I know that this is BS. There are no liens on our business and all our tax and loan finances are in order. This is when I decided to check your web site. Thanks for the input. Looks like Ben Hill changed his name to Ed Jackson. Beware of OMNI Financial.

This company, this individual, is a disgrace to even telemarketers. He has been asked more than 3 times, not to call. He calls, I don't think because he is persistent, but because he is flat out "STUPID". He doesn't get it !!

Total Scam. Will not stop calling out business

What a douche! This guy called asking about a tax lein- told him that it was being handled and that I was not interested in whatever service he was offering but thank you anyway. He made a snide comment that our idea of "handling the situation" obviously didn't include paying taxes. I hung up before I could hear whatever other BS he was trying to spew.

This is a scam don't listen to anything this guy tells you. Tell him do not call you anymore and block his number... He will try everything to get you to believe him but he's lying. Everyone should call him all hours of the night and harass him... He is not an IRS agent

He called my office, looking for one of the owners. My assistant told him unless he tells him why he is calling I will never receive the message. I called Ben back and got his v/m. I left a kind message letting him know that our phone lines are designated to people who are dying and for their family members and to not tie up our phone lines. Our lines can not be tied up with any type of nonsense.

I will keep everyone posted if he calls back.

After "Ben Hill" called harassing and badgering my employees, I called to tell him he needed to stop calling. These calls were not annoying sales calls, they were harassment! He told me it was his job! Really? Gaining from other people’s misfortune and harassing them to “help” them is the wrong way to go about it. I would trust him with nothing! We get plenty of sales calls but this is different he is just like the ambulance chaser or the people who look up obituaries to steal from grieving people.

I had the same issue. After answering my brothers cell he kept telling me I was my brother and to stop screening my calls. He used the name Alex Siren. Very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and extremely shady. If anyone is saying this is a decent business I assure u they work for them. This business and their approach is illegal. He literally told me
"stop hiding" after I told him i wasn't the person he was calling. Wow. How on earth dOes a business like this exist?????

Very rude man who persistently calls every day after I have told him to stop calling. i called back the number and told him to stop calling the business that he calls each day and is very rude and has hung up on me before. He loudly replied "guess you don't want to pay your taxes" then hung up on me again.

This man calls and calls said he is from the irs. He is not from the irs they are required to give their name and badge number. He wont give u nothing. U called the real irs and reported him. They said do not give him any information!!

a rude and persistent thief. I'd literally get 8-10 calls a day asking for different people or a company name. I just reported and blocked his number. Save yourself and your time by ignoring and reporting this guy.

I am glad I came across this website. Ben Hill left me a message stating he was calling regarding a Federal Tax Issue, which is a Federal offense to pose as a governmental official. I reported him to the following: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
Please do the same and file a complaint so that this guy is stopped! I did not call him. I did a google search because the 720 area code is not anywhere near where I live, so I decided to check him out. DO NOT put up with this type of harassment. Don't call him and report him on the www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov website. Click on "File a Complaint" and let the government know this guy, located in Denver, CO is impersonating a Federal agent!

What a jerk. This Ben guy lied saying he was IRS, then called back saying he never said that but would say anything to get to talk to my boss. Don't give this person any of your time!
