Forghany Law PC...website states they are attorneys that will represent persons in collections and bankruptcy, officed out of Massachusetts. Most likely playing both sides. If they are legitimate attorneys for the consumer, how do they know of your debt/collections? That is not public record. Only bankruptcy, tax liens or civil judgements are made public record (from Experian website). However, if hired by the creditor, they would indeed know of your debt. I owe none of these debts. I was going to call them to discuss, but decided to let them waste their time, not mine. They will not stop calling no matter what you tell them anyway.
