Harrassing automated phone calls on a daily basis

caller alking for someone I don't know regarding student loans from everest college. I investigated student outreach solutions and found a phone number for them (888-843-9002) to tell them to never call again.

This number keeps calling looking to reach Angelica Brown. It also says Brown Mackie College. The have a personal business matter and to call 1-877-908-4523

they call 4-5- days a day at any time never leaving messages, I called back(having caller ID)
Charles said if Kevin here, he is the one who they trying to reach(BS).
How to stop it? We have nothing to do with any LOANS?

They call numerous times every day and leave no message. I called them back and got a recording saying "Student Outreach Solutions, someone will be with you in a moment", repeatedly until someone finally picked up. It was regarding a student loan that I got last year to take some classes at Kaplan University online. What's weird is that this was a government loan. I paid 90% of it right off the bat and arranged for automatic monthly payments to be taken out of my account each month for the small balance due. The lady respectfully put me on hold while she checked the account. Huh? I still don't understand why this company, or Kaplan University, has anything to do with my loan status that I acquired through the government, but whatever. She came back on a couple minutes later and told me that I was "good to go". Okie dokie!
