Look up says it is a scam .

This was NOT a spam. I was having a problem with a Tmobile line and they called me on another line while I was on hold to diagnose what was going on with the line. Separately, they called back on the same line later in the day to see if everything was resolved.

MAKES NO SENSE AND MY BILL IS NOT DUE FOR 2 MORE WEEKS AND NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT WITH THEM.

It is Dell's Customer Service line. All the bad experiences are with crooks spoofing the number on your caller ID. I have bought two computers from Dell and they have called me from this number whenever I have issues that require a human call me back. They do have all my information on hand, including computer serial number and such, so I never give out information they don't already have. They also never ask for money.

For that number the caller ID is 'Spam Risk' I get called every single day!
I never pick up.

What is costumer? someone who makes costumes for clowns? Hmmm CUSTOMER?
