It was a recorded message when I answered the phone. Said it was IRS and I was in serious trouble with four warrants out for my arrest. Police will be closing in on me and to call the 914 689-2388 for their help

For every scam number like this that I gat a call from, I block it, but only to get another from a different numbe.
