collection agency I don't have any debts block them as spam

They called about a week ago from a number I blocked. They called today from a spoofed phone number. Left voice message asking for returned call. The caller identified himself as John Houghton but did not ask for anyone specifically by name (big red flag). Asked me to return call at 1-800-861-4864. I did not, but just blocked them. I never heard of them before they started spamming me.

Called and asked for some person (untelligible name). Couldn't understand her name either.
Said to call 800-861-4840 ext. 31622. I don't think so!
