Theyre calling for the guy who had my number begore me. Ive told them and told them but they keep using up my minutes leaving messages. Pissed off

Charter spectrum. Automated. New number for me; old number they have on file. $187.41 balance. Last posted payment... past due, etc. They send texts, too. Asking to have it removed. Never had a charter acct.

this number is from Charter Communications. it is letting you know that you are either past due on your account or they are reminding you about a payment plan agreement that you set up. It is not spam.
Not when you keep telling them you just got the phone number and theyre calling for the previous person they still keep calling you! Thats spam and harassment then!
constant annoying upservice sales calls.
