The phone message said they were the Law Office of "Stenhouse" and that they were calling in response to my internet request for a mortgage loan. Scam!

called claiming I owed money. Scam!

is on my black list dont understand how they was able to get through

A guy called from the number above and said his name was get this Peter Parker.... can you get more original got his extension. Checked with my Hubby he has never dealt with this company. When I called "peter" back and told him he was a fraud after looking the number up he got all upset and told me hubby needed to pay his bills and that he was going to see him in court. I told him that if he called back that i was gonna report him to the BBB and he told me that he was gonna report that my hubby don't pay his bills. We are not going to pay a bill we don't owe.

they call over 5 times a day

This woman has called my job & cell phone several times a day w/o leaving a message. Told her I would pay down the money owed a little at a time & she told me that I need to put all the money on a prepaid card & call her back with the payment or I need to Western Union or Money Gram them the money or I will be served a supeona at work & my wages would be garnished. WTH!!!!

Getting the same calls. Told them my account was $400 overdrawn and they attempt to take money out daily. My bank won't close the account until the money is paid in full. They are calling at work and on cell phone. The attorney said b/c it's an unsecured loan unless they are going to take me to court, nto to worry.

Unauthorized funds were withdrawn from our account and we had 13 overdrafts resulting from it as well.. We closed that account out and have opened another one. They have threatened to find out what that account is and withdraw all of our money out of it

Calls my job at least 6 or 7 times a day and the home number more than 20 times per day leaving a threatening message that they will be garnishing my paycheck for money that I didn't borrow nor owe them. Some of the callers names are Tim Adkins, Shannon Townsend

contact your states dept. of finance. It's very possible that there is NO way they can claim money from you if they don't have a state business lic. number. That's the case in Washington State. Get educated. An attorney will simply take your money and really not be able to do as much as you yourself can do. Find out what the laws are in YOUR state.

Someone called me from this number and said I owe $200 that I DO NOT owe.
