Unsolicited real estate sales call
Coldwell Banker

I received a call from this number and the person said they work for the Ferraro Group in Beaverton, OR. I own a small business and they asked if I would like to be featured in some Introduction folders for a local RE/MAX office. At first, I thought it was a SCAM. I proceeded to call the office and to my surprise THEY ARE LEGITIMATE! They are a production company that work with Schools and Real Estate offices all over the US. They had called me twice before I decided to pick up the phone and I thought I was going to blow my top. But, I didn't! I listened and put aside my initial assumptions and did my research. I now am the featured flooring company for a full year! My Ad looks great! Do yourself a favor and pick up the phone if this number calls you!
I just received the same call but did not pick up. Caller stated he was Brian from Coldwell Banker. Thank you to the person who posted above :)

I answered this call. Caller said his name was Brian James from Coldwell Banker calling because there was a property sold in my area and wanted to know if I needed any assistance. Caller was very hesitant and unsure of himself. I looked it up and there is an agent by that name at that agency, but out of Grove City, Ohio. Not sure who this guy really was.
