The girl asked to speak with the person in charge of the energy and gas bill. I asked her what this is regarding and she just repeated herself and huffed and would not say why she needed to speak to them.

They continue their hard sales pitch and refuse to take "no" for an answer and to cancel my service with this energy supplier. I didn't even choose to switch over to them. Their door-to-door sales representative showed up on a Sunday afternoon over a year ago and talked my husband into switching, despite his name not being listed on the account and with my authorization! They make it very difficult to cancel and say that they'll charge me a $50 cancellation fee. The one one call I answered from them, the representative spoke with a very heavy Indian accent. I'm not sure if he was just from India or the company's call center is over there. DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM if one of their sales reps shows up at your door and save yourself the aggravation!!

the person at this number 1-866-803-5179 claimed to be from the P.G&E Office and wanted info on P.G&E Account They are a telemarketer posing as a gas and electric company and will cause damage to your account and as of now will be reported to the Federal Utilities Commission and the F.B.I.
