They just called me again. I thought they had stopped since I reported them to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Looks like I will have to do it again. You can report them to CFPB. The more people that report this company will help put a stop to the harassing calls.

Just got a call from them and he said he was attempting to resolve a debt from a pay day loan I supposedly got in 2013. Never had a pay day loan before. He knew some information about me, but nothing current. Contacted my banker about what I should do to protect my information. I've had the harassing calls for about a year now, but I guess they gave up that ruse after I cussed the last caller out. Trying a different route to scam me, perhaps. Don't give them any information!

A mean guy has been calling for two months looking for a Ronald person who owes money. I don't know who Ronald is and when I ask to please stop Calling my number the guy starts mocking me...ohh you know the guy! I'm tired of getting five calls a day couple days a week from this number. Please stop them!

I have been getting these call too from a Maria Sanchez stating she is from ACG and that there have been formal complaints filed against me in my County office. They are using a former married name I had 18 years ago and they are calling EVERYONE I know now and then. It is a total scam and when I call and threaten them they hang up. 844-745-3375 -- this has been going on for at least 2 years now and I need to find out how to get them to stop or file formal complaints. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

844-745-3375, asking for Kimberly Gold. Asking for this Kimberly person to contact a Plantiff to resolve some matter. Sounds like the male caller says his name is Rick Tallens and that he is an attorney that just received her name in a summons on his desk this morning. Who ever works for this guy isn't very good. I've had my phone number for 10 years, and my name isn't KG. I got the they will serve me papers too, well good luck. When they can't get the phone number correct, I doubt they can find a home address. Comes over as Restricted but then gives out the number to call. Glad I found this site, so I know it's a scam. I was going to file a police report thinking it was identity theft. I still might.
