These guys keep calling and when I answer, they hang up. I called them back and when a person actually picks up, they hang up! This is annoying, they call my cell phone and I get charged for their calls!

CALLING MY PHONE EVERY HOUR, THEN HANGING UP. WHEN I CALL BACK IM PUT ON HOLD FOR ALONG TIME, CLAIM YOU CAN LEAVE A MESSAGE, NO BEEP EVERY HEARD TO LEAVE MESSAGE.
