In 2010 I got calls every week - when I called back I was given names of three people that they were looking for.
Their number does not show on caller ID which is illegal under the Fair Credit Reporting Act
Now 2013 I am getting calls again twice or more a week from Robert Miller stating he is calling to collect a debt. I call and talked to Mrs. Lopez who gave me three names of people.
I will file a law suit.

They keep calling me harassing me about a bill that I don't owe never had service with a house phone with Sprint my cell phone is with sprint so how do I owe a bill from 02 and it is not listed on my credit I wish they would stop calling my phone all day.

I get this auto message every week- said her name is Carolyn I think I didn't write it down- I am listed on do not call with governemt so I report them every week- no good there- I called back on the number and got a auto message to leave a massage-I did say I was unlisted wanted to know who they are-as they don't tell you--they still call reported them to AT&T can't block them it is toll free- --tired of them want it to stop or I am sueing them --

Wrong number. Keep calling after I asked to be removed.

I am reporting that i keep receiving calls from 18008074106 NANCY MILLER. I WANT TO GET THIS STOPPED. WHEN YOU CALL BACK YOU GET THESE RUDE PEOPLE. I OWE NOTHING.

I have had two phone calls from Nancy Miller from the 1-800-807-4106 and they were back to back within seconds of each call. Like the other person I read his story about she is already talking when your answering machine picks up. I just think that it's not only brainless
but I find it annoying. She says " do me a favor and gimme a call ",then it goes into this continuing kind of call and then she says "again call Nancy Miller at DLS it's important that we speak, talk to you soon".

Darrell has been calling for a LONG time. I don't answer the calls. No one can intimidate, or annoy you if you do not give them the opportunity to speak with you. He can call till the cows come home. His latest message is more forceful and tells you that you must call the number he leaves on the message. He no longer refers to himself as Darrell Rose, but he is from Debt Recovery Solutions, and this is an attempt to collect a debt. I don't have a debt to collect, and I will not argue with some idiot that I am not the person they are looking for, so they can call, and call and call. I don't answer unless I know who the person is that is calling me.

I think there trying to hack my phone

I've been receiving their calls as well, pre recorded from Nancy Miller. I called back today and they were collecting a Verizon bill from 2003. I did obtain their address:

Other companies request you send them a cease and desist letter in the mail to them to be removed from their calling list, well after I called back 4 other times, cause the rude girl kept rolling my call and I could hear her chewing and typing, he said he could remove me from their list over the phone.
Note, there's another DRS out of Texas as well.

getting the same message on my machine from Darryl Rose. I have no bad debt in fact I have no debt at all my house and car is paid for and no revolving credit card debt either in fact I have excellent credit. Tried to call the number back but it never rings so I reported it to the FCC http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

Calls at least twice a week if not more and every time i answer they immediatly hang up. very annoying and been going on for weeks.
